In process of time they will become one of the noblest Colonies in the known world. In their future history, Mr. Lushington will be recorded as their illustrious, enlightened, and early benefactor. It is easy to do good by treading in the paths of others, but credit and honor are due to him who first projected the good, and pointed out the untried path.
